Paul Lundberg
Paul has been involved in the industry since 1976, completing the necessary training and continually training still to this day. The constant changes in the industry has ensures Paul directs the company throughout the diverse times in reliability, trust and the commitment to “getting the job done”. “Without the customer and the reliability of our employees, you have no business.” Paul Lundberg.

Paul’s role as company director includes:

  • QA and documentation, training and safety
  • Estimating and tendering
  • Employee/client relationships
  • Company strategies and marketing
  • Business operations internal/external Design and construct
  • Business development manager
  • Operations manager
  • Research and development OHS responsible officer

 

Ben Lundberg
Ben is an experienced supervisor with 15 years experience within the petroleum industry. This includes key roles in the storage and handling of domestic, bio-blended and aviation fuels in many various locations.

Ben has a great respect and understanding of this demanding and challenging industry. He is focused and committed to safety and achieving efficiencies in all of his endeavors.

Ben’s roles as manager, leader and member of a self managed teams key duties include:

  • Maintaining Safety, Health and Environment standards
  • Provide controlled and safe work environment
  • Having a detailed knowledge of the industries legal and moral responsibilities
  • Incident reporting and investigation
  • Provided supervision, management and expertise to
  • operations personnel
  • Reconciliation and control of all product movements
  • Proficient skills in: Work Instructions, JSA, Risk Assessment
  • Bio Fuels blending and customs reporting
  • Work within deadline and tough timelines

Detailed experience and training in; Quality control, Work control permitting systems, Hazard / Risk management, Audit process, Emergency response, Fire training, Work Procedures, JSA’s, MoC’s and Loss Prevention systems.

 

Phil Mebberson
Phil has been with EWS Engineering & Construction Service since June 1999. Phil started as an apprentice Boilermaker/Welder with Steel Mains PTY LTD in 1978 and during that time gained experience & knowledge of Sub Arc Welding, MIG, TIG & MMAW to X- Ray standard, Tank Construction, Pressure Vessel work & Pipework Fabrication. From 1986 Phil worked for DG Hardings as a welder local & in the Moomba Gas Fields.

Since working with EWS Phil has gained excellent knowledge in the Fuel Industry with duties involving:

  • Project Management & Supervision Quality Control Systems
  • JSA & SWMS – Risk Assessments Bunkering Procedures
  • Tankship Duties
  • Tank Floor Replacement Fire Training & First Aid
  • Health & Safety Systems
